We do our utmost to ensure that our services run as smoothly as possible. If you are nevertheless not satisfied, we would appreciate to receiving your comment or complaint. In this way, we can jointly search for a solution and implement any improvements.
If you have a complaint about our organisation or one of our employees, you can initially report it to your contact person.
